They listened carefully and went to straight to work. Found the problem and fixed it. David explained exactly what happened (with pictures) and what he did to repair it. I received a phone call from them at 2:45, hour and 15 minutes later to say they had a tech available to come right then. 25 minutes later techs arrived and less than one hour later the new toilet was installed.
